Terms & Conditions

Conditions of Use:

It is the sole responsibility of you, the Buyer, to: Ensure that any and all, State or Local, laws or ordinances regarding the purchase, possession or use of any products obtained from TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™ are adhered to; determine the suitability of any product for specific use and to manage their firearm in a safe manner. DO NOT order any item if it is prohibited in your area! CAUTION! Improper installation or use of any of the products obtained from TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™  may result in damage to property, severe injury, or loss of life. Installation of parts or accessories should only be performed by qualified persons such as a licensed gunsmith or armorer. Disassembly of firearm, installation or removal of parts or accessories, reassembly of firearm, and testing should be performed in accordance with the firearm manufacturer’s instructions. Check for proper fit and function before firing. If for any reason products do not fit or function properly, discontinue use immediately. Always practice proper FIREARM SAFETY and ensure firearm is UNLOADED when installing or removing parts or accessories.

Terms of Use:

TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™ and/or its employees are not liable for any injury, loss of life, or damage to property that may result in conjunction with the use any product obtained from TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™. No liability is expressed or implied for damage or injury as a result of the installation or use of any of the products obtained from TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™.

TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™ reserves the right to change or modify product design/specifications without prior notice. Acquisition of any TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™ manufactured product constitutes your agreement not to reverse engineer, copy or disclose any proprietary product design features.

Privacy Notice:

TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™ does not sell, share, give away or otherwise distribute any of your residual personal information to anyone, for any reason, other than that subject to legal mandate. Personal information provided by you, may or may not be maintained or distributed by the financial entity (not TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™) used to facilitate a purchase or transaction. You should read, understand and agree to the financial entity’s “Terms and Conditions of Use” and “Privacy Policy” before conducting any transaction.


TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™ accepts telephone Credit Cards orders. You may order using a Credit Card or PayPal via our web site. Telephone orders are also accepted for payment with personal check (your order will not ship until payment has cleared) or money order.

Credit Card processing through eBizCharge/Century Businees Solutions will first request from the issuing bank an "Authorization-Only" for the amount of your order. Your bank will then place a temporary hold on that amount. Next, your address and CVV information will be verified. If approved, your authorization will be converted to a "Sale" and your card will then be charged. If your address or CVV does not match that on file with the cardholders issuing bank, the transaction will be "Denied" and not converted to a "Sale". You may notice the "Authorization" amount(s) (depending on the number of attempts made) in your credit card activity. These are only "Authorizations" and your bank will eventually release the temporary hold on that amount. Time of release is up to your credit cards issuing bank but typically happens within the next business day.

Back Orders:

TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™ does not accept orders for items we do not have in available inventory.


Domestic: We currently ship ONLY to the 50 States. We do not, at this time, ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship to any mail, package or freight forwarders.


International: We currently ship ONLY to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We cannot, at this time, ship to any other foreign countries - Please Do Not Ask!


General Shipping Information: We make every effort to ship orders within 3 business days.
You will receive a tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation email that will be sent when your package enters the mail stream. We ship USPS 1st Class and Priority Mail which typically provide 2-3 day domestic service. Please be aware of the USPS holiday schedule. Our normal business hours are M-F, 8-5 ET, closed on weekends and holidays. ***All leather products are handmade and produced only when an order is received. Normal shipping lead time for leather is one week. However, lead time can sometimes be as much as two weeks depending on leather availability and other factors.


Additional Information for International Shipments: We have ensured that products made available for sale outside the U.S. are not Export Restricted by the Country of Origin. However, these products may or may not be Import Restricted by the Country of Destination. It is the sole responsibility of you, the buyer, to ensure that any and all, State or Local, laws or ordinances regarding the purchase, receipt, possession or use of any products obtained from us are adhered to. Please do not order any item if you determine it is prohibited in your area. If your Billing Address is not in the U.S. but your Shipping Address is, your order will be processed as an International shipment. We will fully declare the actual contents and value of item(s) ordered. We maintain compliance with all applicable documentation and shipping requirements of following:  International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as prescribed by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), U.S. Department of State;  Commerce Control List and Commodity Classification as prescribed by the Bureau of Industry and Security, U.S. Department of Commerce;  Customs Declaration as prescribed by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. You, the Buyer agree to and are responsible for: Item(s) purchased are for personal use and you are the end user; Not to export the purchased item(s) outside your country; All import tariffs, duties or taxes; Any item confiscated, lost, stolen or damaged. We reserve the right to cancel your order if: Not in compliance with the aforementioned requirements; A perception exists that you are attempting to circumvent U.S. law; We determine or suspect you may be ineligible to receive the item(s); The total package weight exceeds 4 lbs; The total order value exceeds $200US ($500US for Canada).  USPS tracking of International shipments provides transit visibility (date, time and location) of a package only when it leaves the U.S., enters a foreign country, and is delivered or delivery is attempted at final destination address. We have no ability to track package movement inside your country and we cannot guarantee delivery times of International shipments. We will only ship replacement product for packages lost within the postal service chain of custody. If tracking indicates Delivered and you did not receive the package, you are responsible for resolution with your postal service. The purchase price only will be refunded for any shipment rejected by Customs of the Country of Destination and returned to us. We do not accept returns of International shipments.

Returns & Exchanges:

TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™ will accept non-warranty returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Re-stocking fees will be charged via the original payment method. All exchanges are subject to any associated shipping costs. Shipping cost will be charged via the original payment method. To receive a full credit refund (less shipping) or be eligible for exchange, items received must be in an undamaged, sellable condition. Items must be packaged appropriately for return shipping. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.


TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™ warrants our own products against manufactures defects for the life of the product. (ISMI™ Springs are have a 12 month Replacement Warranty.) Due to the nature of, and expected usage environment for, leather and neoprene products are excluded from our 100% Lifetime Warranty. Warranty DOES NOT cover return of unwanted product. Warranty is void if product is disassembled or damaged. TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™ reserves the right to repair, replace, refund purchase price, or issue credit on any warranty claims. Warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the original part or accessory obtained from TGR Enterprises, Inc. / Brass Stacker™ only. Installation of aftermarket or replacement parts or accessories may or may not void firearms Original Equipment Manufacture’s warranty.
